Utter trash from support

Please no matter what anyone tells you, Telkom is useless, I cannot put it any other way, I have had a support ticket open with them for a few months now, finally today they want to respond, but they phone me while I am in a meeting twice and tell me they are done trying to contact me after such a pathetic attempt of ignorance on their part, and as such closed my case, utter trash service, I am completely disgusted by this ineptitude.
