Utter Incompetence

Telkom workers are ***********!!!

1. Adsl & phone line down from 4th December 2017, till 14th January 2018. R800 airtime and lots of frustration later, it was finaly fixed. Every person I spoke to had a different story & supervisors were always on lunch. No mattet what time of day!!!

2. Billing dept. OMFG!!!!! Another R200 airtime wasted!! Phoned for credit for down time, As promised by telkom. Phoned during december, on the 8th of January, again on the 17th of January. R758.34 was debited from my account in december even though i had NO SERVICE. Was told that my account would be credited in January 2018. But lo and behold... R758.34 was again deducted today. 27 January 2018. On phoning them, I was told that no credit was authorised??? This after recieving a call from them telling me that i will pay nothing this month as a credit had been passed. A dispute was logged. Omg!!!! Guess what... aparrently even the billing departments supervisors are ALWAYS on lunch. Big surprise there!!!

I AM DONE WITH THE LACK OF SERVICE, DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMERS, AND UTTER INCOMPETENCE OF THIS COMPANY.
