Utter GARBAGE

Garbage What utter garbage this company is. 1. I have been suspended numerous times because even though I made payment on the Telkom website - they are unable to pick up my payment. 2. Even after logging numerous tickets - my service has been down for about a month and when it does work - it works for about 30mins and speeds are only 10% of speeds that I should be receiving / what I received months ago. 3. Your tech came over and even showed me the extent of the damaged cables at the point. He assured me he would take this back to the office and return the following day - after 2 months, no-one has returned or even fixed the cables at the pole. The wires were frayed and exposed to the elements. Apparently this is why my connection is non-existent. I have had enough and demand an immediate cancellation and I will make NO further payments.
