Utter disgrace
I recently went to Hartbee****rt Telkom branch and had a terrifying experience. As I was trying to open a contract in the branch, the manager started shouting at the employee assisting me. I tried to calm the situation but it went for the worst as the manager shouted at me and told me to get out of her shop. I’m stil traumatised on how employees and customers can be treated like that by someone who’s supposed to be custodian of Telkom

07 Jan 2024, 20:18Still standing by my case after the treatment at the shop by the shop manager then I escalated the complain to the area manager by the name of nizaam reddy who shows no interest (I asked how can he investigate without knowing my side of story ,he then said thing are going to be done internally without me being included and I said I will take this matter to my lawyer he said do what you want .i still feel abuse also by the area manager.hope my matter I will be taken into consideration.im abused

11 Jan 2024, 20:25Finally managed to get closure after a senior Telkom employee…debriefing and formal apology was conducted. Hopefully one day we’ll gather confidence in opening a contract with telkom.
