Usless Telkom Richardsbay and Sout Africa

My Telkom.contract i took out is a uncapped 4mbs adsl line. but the past 3 months my internet conection os fualty everytime i qeury this by telkom they only say the line in the street is faulty and that they going to change it next week now its been 4 months of next weeks and still nothing. but my account is up to date payed but they cant give from theyre side. every time is only a promise that they cant keep i am so sick and tired of TELKOM RICHARDSBAY CUASE THEY ARE USELESS.

But the are quick to call of your account is payed one day late but they cant make theyre fualts right.
