Usless telkom mobile

Telkom mobile is a waste of time and a bunch of ******. Did an online app for an iphone end of october 2018 they debited my account the 05 Nov 2018 and said it will take about 5 working days for the phone to be delivered. It is now the 23th Nov 2018 and still no phone *** man and after my 4th call to them and this is waiting 15-20 min everytime i called for them to answer they still dont know where the phone is and still dont have an answer for me, and because its “black friday” the managers cant take a call from a very upset client ? because they too busy. Telkom mobile has not idea about client services.
