Usless (No service)

I have been trying to sort out my bill for month no, but with no success. I have been sent around asking for assistance from numerous departments and nothing was resolved. I logged countless of disputes on your online portal and sent even more emails. All I keep hearing from you is sorry for the inconvenience. Let me tell you this is more than just inconvenience, its truly pathetic! a thing like customer service does not exist in your company. I have never in my life dealt with such *********** people! I have attached some of the emails I sent to numerous people and did not receive any help. Today I received a call from someone collecting my outstanding amount that I will not pay until you fixed my bill reflecting the correct amount. You have not honored your agreement I feel all of this is a mistake on your part. I will not be held liable for money I do not owe you. This has been a rough year for most people and I am currently not even earning a salary because of covid.
