Usless

Telkom has got to be the worst place ever really. I have been a client for over 4 or 5yrs, u guys debited me on the 20th but my account shows arrears while im trying to see if i can get a new line. Like does anyone work. I cannot even call you guys ass u have a stupid number and no1 can assist me. This is so frustrating. When you want your money there is no issues when we need assistance then we cannot get ****. For F sakes man.
