Using other cellphone networks

It is really demotivating to go to a Telkom Mobile branch for service and find out that the consultant assisting you is using a cellphone network other than Telkom Mobile on their cellphones. This could mean that the people selling you a product have no confidence in it. It also doesn't make sense for one to work at Telkom Mobile and still use a cellphone network other than Telkom Mobile. If Telkom Mobile is to increase its market share, then I suggest they start training their employees to be the ambassadors of the company. If the Telkom employees could start taking pride in their company, then maybe Telkom Mobile could get the market share it really deserves, because a lot of people are really happy with what the company has to offer, but the employees seem to think otherwise.
