User satisfaction is dismal at best

I asked to get a cell phone blacklisted on Thursday. Firstly I was treated rudely and second, when I finally managed to place the request I was told I would get a ITC number with in 2 - 24 hours. I have still not got the number. I cannot wait for my cellphone contract to end so I can move to a different service provider
