UselessTelkom no help at all

Telkom changed our no problem adsl to fibre from R329.00 we ate paying R399.00 they did not inform us of the increase.After the loadshedding the fibre went off we called Telkom 10 times no help whats so ever they call you and cut the call mid way through trying to help you frustrating.Looks like after Sipho is leaving the service is even more pathetic.Distgusting service.
