USELESSNESS OF MANAGEMENT AND STAFF AT TELKOM

For nearly 4 months I have been going to Telkom offices in Rosebank and dealing with 3 of their senior Managers in respect a refund due to me, for date bought and not supp**** and a refund on a landline that was cancelled one year ago.

It doesn't matter how many times I go, what I say to whom I speak and I'm talking management, nothing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING gets done, how many more months and time must I invest in sorting my problem.

USELESS doesn't make them justice, there is just no words to explain their lack of service to clients.
