Useless Web agents
<p>This is the third time around now where I make use of the online "Chat with agent" service and in all instances get the name of the agent that is apparently going to assist me. </p> <p> </p> <p>You can some automated line introducing who will be helping you and then it ends there. </p> <p> </p> <p>As per my screenshot...
