Useless, useless Useless

So after my last complaint and promises to resolve it I am still waiting, all good and well having a social media department, but are your promises to sort out queries as useless as your call centre?<br> Crux of the matter, the agent who filled out the cancellation of my 15 GIG inserted the incorrect number and cancelled a pre paid cell number I was not even aware existed. <br> Please please tell me how their \highly"trained staff can make such a stupid mistake when I told her is was the DATA contract due to expire and its not like she never referred to her PC when completing the cancellation!!<br> <br> I want this sorted now"
