Right Telkom here we go again...

I had a VERY LONG argument with one of your "service consultants" on this exact platform exactly this time last month regarding payment that was taken off my account... It was confirmed that my ADSL had been cancelled and that no further debit orders would be going off my account for the ADSL.

Oh what a surprise...THIS MORNING R1100 GETS TAKEN OFF MY ACCOUNT!!! WHO DO YOU GUYS THINK YOU ARE, HONESTLY???? YOU ARE A BUNCH OF ******* TELLING YOUR "VALUED CUSTOMERS" ONE THING AND DOING THE EXACT OPPOSITE!!

I am going to the bank to reverse the debit order because you are a bunch of ******* and have absolutely no right to debit these stupid amounts off my account AFTER IT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED THAT THE ACCOUNT IS IN FACT CANCELLED!!!

I WILL BE TAKING THIS TO HELLO PETER AS WELL BECAUSE YOU ARE USELESS.

Your customer service is appalling and you clearly don't train your staff how to do their jobs properly.
