Telkom is the worst company when it comes to upgrades. we have been trying to upgrade 2 of our contracts for 4 months now (we have like 8 or 9 ) so you would think for being loyal customers they would be of service..... uhm not.... ever time we phone them to do the upgrades they say that an agent will call.... been 2 weeks again.... and the branch is even more useless. they cannot help us upgrade because they cannot do an upgrade without the stock on hand (which i get) but they use the excuse the warehouse doesnt have stock. FOR 4 months...... please really get some competant people or close the doors.
