USELESS, USELESS, USELESS!!!!!!!!

As Expected, telkom has still not resolved the wifi issue at our business. Its now a week later. When I called to follow up, the call I logged had been closed and it hadn't even been attended to, no technician was sent to our premises.. Its actually laughable how useless telkom is, they don't even care about bad reviews anymore, neither do they care if you cancel and close all your accounts with them,
