USELESS USELESS UDELESS

USELESSELESS USELESS!!!!! Trying for 3 weeks to do a sim swap on my intergrated ADSL sim card. Mall Of South Store cannot help because NO ONE there including the manager knows how to do it. Just get given a card and get told to call the Customer "I DON'T" care line for assistance. GUESS what!!!!! They cannot do it either. Asked to speak to some one in charge and get told that there is NO ONE in charge and i need to speak to store manager who i called to complain about in the first palce. Then I get told to go to another store ..... as simple as that!!!!!! Then i get told that i must calm down and not shout!!!!! I AM PAYING FOR THIS SERVICE. And they have the cheak to call me to upgrade to FIBRE wheb they cannot manage what i already have, does that make sense??????????????????????????????????
