Useless, unprofessional and beyond stupidity.

Useless and idiots working for Telkom. Suspended my WiFi service for no reason and ofc for 4 days now. They will investigate the matter and give me feedback only on Monday. This is nice Telkom. I depend on my internet connection and sending emails on daily basis but you can suspend just like you want with no consequences at all. Wish we could come down to your shop and break it down then you may feel how we must feel for not being able to do business due to you pathetic and utter disgraceful service. Your are a useless service provider. There are no service from Telkom. I am moving all my business to Vodacom.
