Useless, unhelpful, lazy and *********** is what TELKOM stands for

So I app**** online for a new laptop because one of the pop up adds caught my attention, after applying online I recieved a message stating with in 48 hours a consultant will call me back to assist with the finishing of the application, we'll its been a whole 2 days longer after the annitial 48 hours, I called the sales department and their response was as follow... Sorry sir there is no stock available on any laptops, we will only be receiving all laptops the first of July, so I then asked to pre order a laptop for the first and his response was as follow sorry sir I don't know when the stock will arrive, after he just said the first of July?

HOW USELESS IS THEIR SALES DEPARTMENT??

And yet no call back from anyone and still no sale has been done, and this is me an existing customer, I will definitely be moving my business and personal devices and accounts to a better service provider
