Useless to company!!!

My services got cut out of nowhere, during the middle of the month, had to run around like a headless chicken, being sent to post to Pillar, I stayed more than a week offline because of the mistake Telkom did, they debited 1300 instead of 1900,then they make me pay the difference, and still had to wait the whole weekend and the Monday to be reconnected, that is after I made a 1000 calls, worse the call center agents have no compassion or customer care, 1 star does not even cut it!! Useless company.
