USELESS *******- STAY AWAY

SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING customer service. Took out the wireless broadband deal 2 years ago, it never once worked. No agents are able to assist, they never answer their phones and all are *********** in their product knowledge.

I waited out two years because I wanted to avoid penalties. I cancelled on 1 December 2017 with all the required documents and 4 months later the debit order is still going off. I have sent 3 cancellation requests and queries since and its as if TELKOM does not exist. After telling people what's going on I am horrified to hear that they are experiencing the same with TELKOM!

NEVER EVER SIGN UP WITH TELKOM. You will pay for a useless product and it will be impossible to cancel or contact them. Get your act together Telkom.
