Useless *******!!

I have cancelled my ADSL services last year July. Some useless MF decided to uncancel my cancellation without my consent. Since then F telkom is still billing me. I have brought this under their attention numerous times! The decided to credit my telkom account which is F useless since I`ve cancelled my services. Telkom is useless, have no idea what they are doing and they are thieving *******s for *****ing my money!!
