I data ran out and I didnt know that If I top up wifi data it can only be used at a shop with telkom hotspot. Ive been to 2 telkom shops who says they cant convert it to normal data. I phoned the call centre, but no one ever answers those calls. Then i asked for a consultant to phone back. The lady said she cant convert it either. If that is the case, Im stuck with R500 data that I cant use. My office is at home and that is where I need the internet. Could someone please set the R500 off to my monthly account as a payment of my bill? I cancelled my telkom debit orders until this matter is resolved. Telkom is quick to ***** money, but wont resolve simple issues. My contact nr is **********

I have all the letters, spreadsheets and contracts that is billed wrong plus proof of payment for wi-fi hotspot. I can also not find a wifi hotspot that works anywhere. Contact me on *** or ***
