useless telkom wireless phones

what a useless company, no customer support they take out my business landlines and replace it with the wireless phones and there is no network, for a month from the 22nd june i am trying to get it sorted on 10210 and 10217 and no help, they keep on escalating and sending sms saying its resolved, HOW!!!!!!! if there is no freeking network, no technician no help form the above two lines, according to them no technician will not be sent out for wireless phones you must go to the telkom store which i have done twice already and they so they can do nothing they can once again escalate the problem for me, now we have phoned 081180 and hoping to get some sort of assistance..... can somebody maybe please help me if it is not toooo mUCH to ask... thank you for a useless phone we are in a malll and there is no network for these stupid useless phones, is this how you treat your customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
