USELESS TELKOM, USELESS SERVICE, USELESS MANAGEMENT

Telkom where do I start - from 2017 to date I am trying to cancel by unused line and get a refund and you have a bunch of useless workers or a useless company and useless management that does not get back to you. I called from feb again wanting a refund and was told a refund will be done within 14 days - what a lie. I keep calling and each person I speak to does not know what they taking about. I go from one person to another and one department to another with no help at all. I request to speak to a manager and no manager available daily. What type of company is this. I need someone who knows what they are doing to give me a call urgently.
