Useless Telkom to the rescue .. NOT

My wifi has not been working since 6AM this morning. This has no inconvenienced me during a really difficult time. I understand that I was unable to upgrade the speed on line however why should I be inconvenienced cause Telkom decides to close the order and close my “TIN” or “TIM” number

Telkom’s process are horrific, customer advisors are less than helpful.

Due to Telkom’s incompetence, I have to suffer.. this is not on.
