Useless Telkom Technical Support

Since the 26th October I cannot send emails containing attachments. Reported - written off. Reported again Ref ********** 8. All Telkom do is send an sms saying due to repeated cable problems in your area we will send alternative solutions shortly!! Mine IS NOT A CABLE PROBLEM it is a SERVER PROBLEM. When I have a problem with Telkom on my internet/email it takes months to fix!!! WHY?
