Useless Telkom suppose to be upgrading to new SIM phone but it does not work

2 weeks without telephone service approximately 8 reference numbers hours worth of cell phone calls and still no joy they are upgrading to new phones with SIM card but it is not working I switch on my line please in till you can resolve issues at least my client can contact us as this number is used in all our advertising and correspondence to clients
