USELESS TELKOM STORE IN TSAKANE MALL

Why do you have a Telkom store at Tsakane mall when they are so useless? I have been here for over an hour now. I don't know if the store has one agent or they are just not operational. When the agent eventually attended to she left again doors closed , she is probably gone for another hour now.
