USELESS TELKOM SITE

Trying to get into contact with Telkom is a absolute nightmare , they take forever to respond to emails and then there's more than one agent dealing with a case which confuses them and they don't read emails with understanding totally ***********.

I've been trying to sort out my Telkom account for the past month now and i was advised that payments can only be made on their online site but i've been experiencing issues on the online site . Its been a back and forth headache trying to explain the situation to Telkom via email .

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO GET HELP FROM TELKOM!!!!!!
