Useless telkom Sh*t!

Telkom is the most useless service provider in the country. My account was set for a debit order by the business upon opening it. There was a limit set by telkom of 200 as the original amount was roughly 210. So each month the 200 would be debited but that R10 would accumulate each month with interest for 4 years. Which totaled about 1500 which was outstanding. I paid the amount due to my lone being suspended and asked for a debit order of the full amount to debited every month. Again telkom only set it at 200 but this time they did not set a debit order because of the Last payment which was 1500 via eft. I then get told that there is a R668 amount outstanding and my line is then suspended again. I then had to pay that amount to activate my line again. Thereafter I confirmed that there was a debit order set and so did the consultant. I then am told that my account has been suspended for the third time which is due to the amount of R227. Telkom did not debit me thdn my line would still be active and telkom did not advise that it will only take 30 days before the debit order is active. I am fed up with the useless **** service telkom provides due to *********** people! They do not care for their customers, quick to take your money but couldnt give a damn as to when you will actually be provided with a decent service!
