Useless Telkom services

This is one company that is so useless and it has the most *********** employees ever.I have been complaining to them since last year much about their unauthorized debits that they run in my account. i even sent them a list of the debits but no assistance has been rendered in order to reslve the matter. Since the begining of this year now they are running two unauthorized debits per month. The cunny part is the acknowledge that this debits are not mine yet they dont stop them, and when they respond to your query the respond with such a stupid responce with no explanation all the say is " your query bas been resolved" when you call the dont know the outcome of my query. Considering their poor signal and their customer service I will never advise anyone to opt for such disgusting services.
