Useless telkom service lines down a week no ETR.

Worst service provider that I have experienced by far.. Telkom lines are completely down from the 19th Of Feb 2019. There is no Estimated time of restoration provided. no real feedback and no communication other than a meaningless apology.

There are numerous families from that of Shannon drive and a huge portion of reservoir Hills including Pampally, and Pemary Ridge to name a few without any phone lines.

Furthermore it should not take more than a week to fix what ever the problem is. When will the lines be restored. Telkom will also be liable for loss of service compensation. In other words a reimbur*****t for the down time as I am not paying for a service we not receiving.
