Useless Telkom Service

Telkom is great until you are in need of their customer service which is useless. I've been up to my ears in stress due to their staff not doing their jobs. I canged my debit order details in mid May and the telkom lady assured me she changed the details.... HOWEVER, the debit order bounced back and I eventually find out that the telkom lady that initially helped me did not change it at all ( I have proof that I asked for the change in details). Now I've paid my account but am still asked to pay the penalty fee for the debit orders that bounced, but it was Telkom's mistake. This is the worst customer service I've EVER received from Telkom and to be treated like a culprit when the fault lies entirely with your ***********, useless staff. It's just absolutely ridiculous!
