USELESS TELKOM SERVICE!!!!!!

Our Telkom Service has been down at home for over a week now. We have no internet Services and a Service call has been logged 3 times now for the same issue which I believe is related to a "network outage" on the exchange. This is very strange as people in our complex have exactly the same as us and they are working fine. I was given an "Escalation Ref #" last week Thursday and when I called this morning to get some feedback I was told that the escalation ticket has also been closed. I must say Telkom's service has been ********** to say the least. From every single call that was made to them to them to follow up as they never get back to you with any feedback not a single person has given me much information on the actual matter!!!
