USELESS TELKOM SERVICE

I have requested my contracts to be cancelled beginning of October, I have received a SETTLEMENT amount that I must pay, (WHICH I DID) up till today I am still receiving statements where the contracts are STILL ACTIVE, I called in the CALL CENTRE and they advised me the contracts was never cancelled, a CONSULTANT named (Bhongo Beaulah Sidlayi) emailed me about the cancellation and stated it will be done within 48h, ITS STILL NOT DONE, I call twice a week for them to help, but I am not getting anty
