USELESS Telkom service
TELKOM OFFERED ME FREE SHOWMAX FOR 3 months but never link the voucher with my account , when I watche d showmax it used up all my monthly data. Now I logged a case on the 21st and it is sit nowhere near to be resolved Case no# ********** 0
All I get is excuses and now I have been using out of datA BUNDLES .
USELESS USELESS USELESS.
I JUST WANNA TERMINATE MY RELATIONSHIP WITH TELKOM

01 Apr 2019, 13:08I spoke to H Leso from Customer service department again for the 3rd time and he again promised that someone will contact me today regarding my query. I'm Extremely disgusted by this service. I need to check my consumer rights because I think I'm being taken for a ride.
