Useless Telkom service

For the second time in 15 days, Telkom let me know through there faceless and useless systems that my line, out for the past 15 days, is now fixed. Then after I checked, to find out it is still as dead as 15 days ago. Spending my own money and time calling the utter useless 10210 line, to hear that a technician has been at site and the problem solved. If that is the caracters they use as technicians, then no wonder Telkom is in such delepidated state. Not only is it a lie, but they think out there is only imbiciels, as I believe they are. Not only did thr technician not pitched uo for an appointment 4 times, but then they also lie. I can only feel sorry for them having to pay such low class workers, totally independable.

Telkom, come out of your silly hiding and cancell my service with you, as I am trying to get done for aweek now, and funny enough, also no re-action from your faceless hiding behind a computer type of service delivery system, which obviously doesn't work.
