Useless Telkom serrvice

I have app**** for a landline on 23 March 2018, in Nelspruit area.

The reply from the call centre was that the installation will take 7 to 14 days, they gave me an order number: ********** 06.

I phone their number: 10213 on a daily basis, and the reply I get is: THERE IS A TECHNICAL PROBLEM or WE ARE OFF LINE. I spoke to their call centre on the 26 April 2018, where the lady rep**** that their technicians will install the line on Monday, 30 April 2018??? Needless to say I am still waiting for their technicians??

Please help, we need response a.s.a.p!!
