Useless Telkom Sales team again

I have ordered Vumatell fibre through Telkom. Since the 3 of November I have been waiting for the line to be activated. everyday I have phoning in to the sale department (10213) and been told it will be activated within 24 hours and yet nothing. The sales team is completely useless. I have now requested for my order to be cancelled and I have received no help whats so ever. I will never purchase any Telkom products again and never will I recommend them.
