Useless Telkom Ripping me off!!!!!

In the last month and a half I have logged weekly technical faults with Telkom. I pay for a 10Mbps line and now we have only been receiving a speed of 0.1Mbps. I've ran the test countless times. Useless technicians call me and confirm they see a problem but then send me a message to say the problem is solved..... when it ******-well ISN'T fixed. I'm sick of Telkom! You're useless!!!!! And i want a credit to my bill for the service you're billing me for that i DO NOT RECEIVE!!!! I wish i could give you - ********** ********** ********** stars!
