Useless Telkom revision 2

I have no confidence in this utter useless company called telkom. How many time does n technician have to tell me that the problem is on telkom connection, and that they will not fix it. And trying to switch over to fibre or LTE, oh wait there is no coverage. You are really useless. And then tomorrow you call with apologies and we will attend to is immediately. Then the same process happens from the beginning. Before you even call me, pull all the records of every call report logged and technician, call me with a solution. I had enough of apologies and sorry state of excuses.
