Useless telkom portal
Paid the Telkom account on the so-called portal, 24 hours later I'm told the payment reflects as unconfirmed and I must wait for the finance department to confirm payment and they will do so in their own time.

06 Jun 2022, 17:06When you try to submit a dispute on the portal you get errors. Not to mention their useless whatsapp line, you choose an option on the menu and it restarts.
