Useless Telkom portal

I have been trying to check my available data balance from my Telkom portal but it doesn't work. It tells me that I need to link account, I don't know what account to link. I have contacted thier agents and they asked me if I have installed theTelkom app from play store. How is that gonna help when I clearly told them that I'm using a windows pc that has a built in modem?
