Useless Telkom Open Serve fibre service with delays but no updates at all

So I app**** for a Telkom open serve fibre on the 5th July more than a week ago, my order number: ***A, case number: ***4. I was told the router will be delivered within 24 to 72, Needless to say the delivery never happened. no one from Telkom bothered to update me over a week later, during the week on Tuesday the 9th July, I called to follow-up and I was told the router should be delivery within 24 hrs. But no router was delivered. I called Telkom again this morning 13Jul and i am NOW told 7 to 14 working days. i ma sitting here with no internet and everything is at a stand still and no one at Telkom seems to care. I am so annoyed and frustrated.
