Useless Telkom not installing line

I made an appointment for a line to be installed, waited a month for the day and on the day what happend, NOTHING! Didnt let me know they are not comming or anything. Phoned Telkom and all they can do is reshedule the appointment so I have to wait another 2 weeks. There is a reason Telkom isn't making money, because they are useless!
