Useless telkom! No line no service

Telkom is useless, we have been without internet and upon investigation heard that the telephone lines were ****** in our area and won't be replaced. No one informed us and what now??? We have logged a query and now logged cancelation, but they still expect payment for the the month of June and then the 30days period in July... There is no way I am paying for a service they do not and cannot provide. PLEASE DO NOT USE TELKOM GO TO IGEN OR SOMEWHERE ELSE
