USELESS TELKOM LTE SERVICE

Should be minus 1!!!!! I entered into a 24 month Uncapped LTE contract with Telkom Mobile almost 2 years ago. I pay R799 a month for something that doesn't wor****!! I have reported this on numerous occasions with the promise that they would look into this problem. To date i have not received any correspondence from these useless, *********** people. In fact the only correspondence i received was that my complaint was resolved and closed. I found this very strange as nobody even bothered coming out to my residence. Telkom is only good for ripping innocent, hard working people off!!!!!
