Useless Telkom internet

Seeing that Telkom doesnt answer customer care lines nor replying on emails sent....lets report them. Telkom are in breach of contract. We pay for a certain internet speed and effectively get 10% of what we pay for. Please contact me to explain why, and then we can cancell my contract and i will not pay a penalty...thats for sure. Absolutely useless!!!!!
